Trying to be hip for the M.I.A. show
It didn't really work, but it was humorous to see the thousands of people lined up in American Apparel sweatshirts and shiny leggings! Everybody was trying to sneakily check the other peoples' outfits out. Pretty funny.

Here’s my 2nd piece for the ‘3G’ show I’ve been invited to participate in at Gallery 1988 in LA. The idea is that each artist creates 3 pieces each inspired by the “big G movies” of the 1980s… Ghostbusters, Gremlins and The Goonies!
Watching The Goonies again recently on the big screen was a blast and Chunk is such a funny character I couldn't have painted anybody else!
Special note of the hand-painted Hawaiian shirt and tartan pants... it hurt my brain to paint but turned out pretty sweet!!
The show's in September, so if you're in or around the LA area at the time, get off yo' ass and go check out some cool shiz!
